Some rather Interesting, but definitely non-Maya websites.

 

Every once in a while, I run across a particularly interesting link that doesn't really fit among the Maya interests here, but which I like, and which could easily be of interest to others.

 

The AFL-CIO maintains web pages showing the total pay packages of CEOs. For example, if you eat at an Applebee's, you are helping support Applebee’s (Dine Equity's) CEO,

Julia A. Stewart, who in 2010, received $4,664,973 in total compensation.

 

Politifact.com looks at and analyses for accuracy statements made by US political figures.

 

Still made in the USA lists so much more listed than I would have expected.

seeks to teach people about understanding and appreciating it.
