This bus schedule information comes from what I consider a reliable source.
Consider the possibility of changes having taken place when using this.
Note that from the Cancún airport, you would take the airport bus to Playa and
another one onward to Chetumal. You pretty much have to spend the night there to catch a shuttle.
EXPRESS BUS SCHEDULE – FLORES /
BELIZE / CHETUMAL
Two Guatemalan bus companies, San Juan Express Bus Service and Linea Dorada,
provide bus service between Flores, Belize City and Chetumal; they do not make
any other scheduled stops in Belize. Buses operate on Sundays and public
holidays. Not all buses are air-conditioned. The schedule below was in effect on
27 March 2007 but always confirm times before travel.
In Belize City, buses arrive at and depart from the Belize City Water Taxi /
Marine Terminal on North Front Street near the Swing Bridge. For connections
with a Belizean bus, the Belize City Bus Terminal (commonly known as Novelo’s)
is located on West Collet Canal; a taxi will cost about BZ$6.00 (maybe more if
lots of luggage) but it's an easy walk if you don't have much luggage.

**NEW EXPRESS BUS SERVICE – BELIZE CITY / CHETUMAL**
Effective 4 April 2007, a new express bus service began operating between Belize
City and Chetumal.
The name of the line is Premier, an affiliate of National Transportation
Services Ltd. (a Belizean bus company). In Belize City, buses arrive at and
depart from the Belize City Bus Terminal (commonly known as Novelo’s) located on
West Collet Canal. The buses are first class type and look to be in good
condition with air-conditioning, toilets and TV monitors. There are stops for
passengers at Orange Walk and Corozal. At the border, passengers must get off
the bus, walk through Belize Immigration and then re-board the bus. The bus
drives across the bridge over the river and stops at Mexican Immigration.
Passengers (with their luggage) must get off the bus and go into the immigration
office. Then after completing the paperwork, walk across the border and re-board
the same bus on the Mexican side of the border.
Depart Belize City: 6:00am, 9:00am and 11:00am daily (not sure yet if that
includes Sundays & public holidays)

Premier plans to offer express services to Benque Viejo del Carmen and Dangriga.
Stay tuned and be aware, this could affect the schedules of Linea Dorada & San Juan.
